Canine coronavirus \ud83e\udda0 can cause a severe enteric syndrome in dogs \ud83d\ude1e.
\nThe main signs are repeated vomiting \ud83e\udd2e, watery diarrhea \ud83d\udca9, depression \ud83d\ude34 and loss of appetite \ud83e\udd58\u274c.<\/p>\n

The infection occurs year-round but peaks in winter \u2744\ufe0f.
\nInfected dogs shed the virus in feces \ud83e\uddfb, respiratory droplets \ud83d\udca8 and on contaminated objects \ud83e\uddfc, so spread is rapid \ud83d\udd25.<\/p>\n

Once the virus enters a kennel it is hard to contain \ud83d\udd10;
\nlittermates and all dogs in the same room usually become infected \ud83d\udc36\ud83d\udc36\ud83d\udc36.<\/p>\n

CCoV often co-infects with canine parvovirus \ud83e\ude78, rotavirus and other gastrointestinal pathogens \ud83e\udda0\ud83e\uddea,
\nwhich worsens the disease and increases mortality \u26a0\ufe0f\ud83d\udc94.<\/p>\n

Infection symptoms: \u00a0<\/strong>
\nStarts with soft stools \ud83d\udca9\u27a1\ufe0f sudden \u201cwater-gun\u201d diarrhea, orange-yellow or pale \ud83d\udca6\ud83d\udfe0
\nVomits 2\u20133 times, often yellow froth \ud83e\udd2e\ud83d\udc9b
\nFever rises to ~39.5 \u00b0C; puppies even higher \ud83c\udf21\ufe0f\ud83d\udd25
\nTummy ache\u2014arched back, won\u2019t move \ud83d\ude23\ud83d\udc15
\nSevere cases: blood in stool \ud83e\ude78, sunken eyes \ud83d\udc41\ufe0f\ud83d\udc94, skin tents & stays \u23f0<\/p>\n

About this test<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Positive Result: Red bands appear in both the test line (T)and the control line (C).<\/p>\n

Negative Result: Ared band will only appear in the control line (C) on the result window.<\/p>\n

Invalid Result: If there is no red band in the control line (C), the result is invalid. A re-test is recommended.<\/p>\n

Operation Suggestions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1.For animal use only, please operate in strict accordance with the instruction manual.<\/p>\n

2.Do not use expired or damaged products, and each component cannot be reused or mixed with different kits.<\/p>\n

3.This product should be stored in a dark and dry environment at 2\u00b0C~30’C, and tested at room temperature. After tearing the aluminum foil bag and taking out the reagent strip, it should be used as soon as possible within 1 hour to prevent the reagent strip from getting wet.<\/p>\n

4.Temperature has a great influence on the test results. All used consumables, test pad and other wastes should be put into medical waste bags and disposed of properly in accordance with local regulations. The desiccant in the aluminum foil bag cannot be taken internally.<\/p>\n

5.Observe the results within the specified time. lf the reaction time is too long or too short, the test results may be affected.<\/p>\n

6.Only the sample treatment solution in the kit can be used in the test, do not use tap water, purified water and distilled water.<\/p>\n
